excellent hotel experience
massive bathroom lovely lounge friendly staff
i stayed one night. i was very thankful for the suite upgrade. the lounge area downstairs was really nice. the bathroom upstairs was massive with a most comfortable bed.
the rooms are a little more worn than the photos suggest. also, the roof terrace belongs to a suite and is not available to all.

Velvet bar had great service. the breakfast choice was amazing and plentiful. hot food was individually cooked. This was excellent. service in the restaurant was fantastic.

the family room had a good size. it was less than five minutes walk to both the charing cross station and embankment station. it was also less than five minutes walk to the jubilee bridge. it is near the eye area.

amazing food five star service super location
i loved this hotel. location is super. service felt five star. food and drink tasted amazing.
i had some check in problems. i found luggage in my room upon arrival. there were multiple card entry problems.

my room includes a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. it have two separate sinks in the bathroom. the bedding are super soft, like sleeping on clouds.

breakfast offered a wide variety of options. they had a buffet station. the restaurants have vegetarian and gluten free options. i love trying the local dishes, and they tasted superb.

the gym features modern equipment including treadmills and elliptical machines. the spa area include a sauna, steam room, and cold plunge pool. i enjoyed the indoor pool and its comfortable loungers.
